देहरादून: आंदोलन के बीच सीएम धामी से मिले वकील
देहरादून में अधिवक्ताओं द्वारा हर रोज आधा घंटा हड़ताल का समय बढ़ाया जा रहा है। आज सोमवार को हड़ताल शाम तीन बजे तक रहेगी। मंगलवार को साढ़े तीन बजे और फिर धीरे-धीरे पूरे दिन की हड़ताल की जाएगी। अधिवक्ताओं का कहना है कि इस बार आश्वासन से काम नहीं चलेगा। अधिवक्ताओं को ठोस निर्णय चाहिए। ऐसे में अब रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय भी बंद कराए जाएंगे।
चेंबर निर्माण की मांग के लिए चल रहे आंदोलन के बीच रविवार को अधिवक्ताओं ने मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से मुलाकात की। सीएम ने उनकी मांगें सुनीं और फिर जिलाधिकारी को अधिवक्ताओं के साथ बात करने के निर्देश दिए। डीएम सोमवार को अधिवक्ताओं से बात करेंगे। हालांकि, अधिवक्ताओं ने बातचीत और आश्वासन के बाद भी हड़ताल खत्म करने को राजी नहीं हुए हैं।
बार एसोसिएशन ने हर रोज हड़ताल का समय आधा घंटा बढ़ाने की बात कही है। इस क्रम में अब वे रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालयों को भी बंद कराने की रणनीति बना रहे हैं। अधिवक्ता बीते छह दिनों से चेंबर निर्माण में सरकार के सहयोग की मांग के लिए हड़ताल पर हैं। पहले दिन अधिवक्ताओं ने एक घंटे हड़ताल की और हरिद्वार रोड पर जाम लगाया। इसके बाद हर दिन एक घंटा समय बढ़ाया और फिर हर रोज आधा-आधा घंटा समय बढ़ाकर हड़ताल कर रहे हैं।
इसी बीच शनिवार को बार काउंसिल के आह्वान पर पूरे प्रदेश में अधिवक्ता पूरे दिन हड़ताल पर रहे। इस दिन कोई काम कचहरियों में नहीं हो पाया। रविवार को राज्य सभा सांसद नरेश बंसल के नेतृत्व में बार एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष मनमोहन कंडवाल, सचिव राजबीर सिंह बिष्ट आदि पदाधिकारी मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से मिले।
पांच हजार से ज्यादा अधिवक्ता बार के अंर्तगत काम कर रहे
अधिवक्ता मनमोहन कंडवाल ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री को उन्होंने ज्ञापन सौंपा है। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री बताया कि नए न्यायालय परिसर में अधिवक्ताओं के चेंबर निर्माण के लिए जो जमीन आवंटित की गई है उसमें सिर्फ एक हजार अधिवक्ता ही बैठ सकते हैं। जबकि, वर्तमान में पांच हजार से ज्यादा अधिवक्ता देहरादून बार के अंतर्गत काम कर रहे हैं।
साथ ही पांच हजार से ज्यादा स्टांप वेंडर, मुंशी व अन्य स्टाफ कचहरी परिसर में बैठते हैं। हर रोज 20 से 25 हजार से ज्यादा वादकारी और उनके परिजन कचहरी में आते हैं। उनके बैठने तक के लिए स्थान नहीं बने हुए हैं। जबकि, पुराना न्यायालय भवन अब दून अस्पताल को आवंटित कर दिया है। यह दून अस्पताल से काफी दूर है। यह अधिवक्ताओं के हित में नहीं है। उन्होंने अधिवक्ताओं के चेंबर निर्माण में सरकार के सहयोग की मांग को उठाया।
