प्रवासी राजस्थानी दिवस में जल सुरक्षा पर मंथन
प्रवासी राजस्थानी दिवस 2025 के दौरान “राजस्थान में सस्टेनेबल वाटर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का विकास—एक जिम्मेदारी और एक अवसर” विषय पर महत्वपूर्ण सत्र आयोजित किया गया। जल सुरक्षा को मजबूत करने और भविष्य के लिए टिकाऊ जल ढांचा तैयार करने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित इस सत्र में देश-विदेश के विशेषज्ञ, उद्यमी और नीति-निर्माता शामिल हुए।
मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने पिछले दो वर्षों में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में जल प्रबंधन को शीर्ष प्राथमिकता दी है। उन्होंने बताया कि सिंचाई, उद्योग, पशुधन और घरेलू आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य के लिए व्यापक व प्रभावी जल नीति तैयार की गई है।
केंद्रीय कृषि राज्य मंत्री भागीरथ चौधरी ने ईस्टर्न राजस्थान कैनाल प्रोजेक्ट (ERCP) जैसी प्रमुख परियोजनाओं को राज्य के जल भविष्य की रीढ़ बताते हुए कहा कि पारंपरिक जल संरक्षण तकनीकें राजस्थान को और अधिक सस्टेनेबल बनाएंगी।
कृषि एवं ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री किरोड़ी लाल मीणा ने आर.आर.आर. सिद्धांत—रियूज, रिड्यूस और रीसायकल—को कृषि के भविष्य का आधार बताते हुए प्रवासी राजस्थानियों से सहयोग की अपील की। जल संसाधन मंत्री सुरेश सिंह रावत ने कहा कि पानी बचाना राजस्थान की प्राचीन संस्कृति है और राज्य के लिए घोषित वाटर ग्रिड परियोजना मील का पत्थर साबित होगी।
पीएचईडी मंत्री कन्हैया लाल ने कहा कि पानी की कमी प्रवासन का प्रमुख कारण रही है, लेकिन अब राज्य में जल उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक प्रगति हो रही है।
सत्र में विभिन्न विशेषज्ञों ने टिकाऊ जल संरचना, उन्नत तकनीकों, संसाधन प्रबंधन और भविष्य-उन्मुख नीतियों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि जिम्मेदारी को अवसर में बदलते हुए आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए मजबूत जल प्रणाली विकसित करना समय की मांग है।
