लखनऊ: मुख्य सचिव एसपी गोयल ने राज्य स्तरीय बैठक में दिए निर्देश
मुख्य सचिव एसपी गोयल ने राष्ट्रीय पंचायत विकास सूचकांक की राज्य स्तरीय निगरानी समिति की बैठक में कहा कि राष्ट्रीय ग्राम स्वराज अभियान (आरजीएसए) योजना के तहत सूचकांक का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में व्याप्त असमानताओं की पहचान करना है। अधिकारी प्राप्त आंकड़ों के आधार पर पंचायतों में विकास संबंधी कमियों की पहचान करें। लक्षित विकास योजनाएं तैयार करें। इसके साथ ही पंचायतों के बीच स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा की भावना को प्रोत्साहित किया जाए।
बुधवार को मुख्य सचिव कार्यालय के सभा कक्ष में आयोजित बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि सूचकांक का लक्ष्य गरीबी मुक्त व आजीविका संपन्न गांवों का निर्माण करना है। सामाजिक न्याय व सुरक्षित पंचायतों को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए सुशासन और महिला हितैषी पंचायतों के माध्यम से समग्र विकास को गति देना है। बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाली ग्राम पंचायतों को भारत सरकार द्वारा राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को पोर्टल पर पूरी तरह सटीक, त्रुटिरहित और समयबद्ध ढंग से डेटा अंकित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने पंचायतों को संवेदनशील व जागरूक बनाने पर भी ध्यान देने के लिए कहा। बैठक में अवगत कराया गया कि इस वर्ष राज्य की 57691 ग्राम पंचायतों द्वारा 11 प्रारूपों में डेटा पोर्टल पर सफलतापूर्वक अपलोड किया गया। जिला स्तर पर सत्यापन के बाद 57689 ग्राम पंचायतों का अंतिम डेटा राज्य स्तर से पंचायती राज मंत्रालय भारत सरकार को पोर्टल के माध्यम से भेज दिया गया है।
