बिहार: समाज में फूहड़ता परोसने वालों और महिलाओं की गरिमा से खिलवाड़ करने वाले गानों पर अब सीधे प्राथमिकी दर्ज होगी। आदेश का उल्लंघन करने वालों को जेल की हवा भी खानी पड़ सकती है।
बिहार में बसों, ऑटो और सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर बजने वाले अश्लील गानों के दिन अब लदने वाले हैं। बिहार के डिप्टी सीएम सह गृह मंत्री सम्राट चौधरी ने अश्लीलता फैलाने वाले तत्वों के खिलाफ बेहद सख्त रुख अख्तियार किया है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि समाज में फूहड़ता परोसने वालों और महिलाओं की गरिमा से खिलवाड़ करने वाले गानों पर अब सीधे प्राथमिकी दर्ज होगी। आदेश का उल्लंघन करने वालों को जेल की हवा भी खानी पड़ सकती है।
जिलों के एसपी को विशेष अभियान का निर्देश
उप मुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी ने राज्य के सभी जिलों के पुलिस अधीक्षकों और वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को एक विशेष अभियान चलाने का निर्देश दिया है। इस आदेश के तहत अब बस, ट्रक, ऑटो-रिक्शा और अन्य सार्वजनिक वाहनों में दोहरे अर्थ वाले भोजपुरी, मगही, मैथिली या किसी भी अन्य भाषा के गाने बजाना अपराध की श्रेणी में आएगा। पुलिस को निर्देश दिया गया है कि वे सड़कों पर उतरकर औचक निरीक्षण करें और दोषी पाए जाने वालों पर कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई करें।
बच्चों की मानसिकता और महिला सुरक्षा पर खतरा
इस कड़े फैसले के पीछे की वजह स्पष्ट करते हुए सम्राट चौधरी ने कहा कि सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर बजने वाले अश्लील गानों का सबसे बुरा असर बच्चों की कोमल मानसिकता पर पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि ये गाने न केवल समाज में गंदगी फैलाते हैं, बल्कि महिलाओं की सुरक्षा और उनके सम्मान को भी गहरी चोट पहुंचाते हैं।
समाज को इस फूहड़ता से मुक्त कराना हमारी प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि अश्लीलता फैलाने वाले वीडियो या ऑडियो के खिलाफ कोई समझौता नहीं होगा। सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर नियम तोड़ने वालों पर तत्काल प्राथमिकी दर्ज की जाएगी। साथ ही सार्वजनिक परिवहन की निगरानी बढ़ाई जाएगी। सम्राट चौधरी ने कहा कि भोजपुरी और क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं की गरिमा वापस लाने के लिए यह कदम उठाया गया है।
सोशल मीडिया और डीजे पर भी नजर
बताया जा रहा है कि इस आदेश के बाद अब पुलिस शादी-ब्याह और अन्य आयोजनों में बजने वाले डीजे पर भी नजर रखेगी। सरकार का मानना है कि अश्लील शब्द और दोहरे अर्थ वाले संवाद समाज में हिंसा और छेड़खानी जैसी घटनाओं को बढ़ावा देते हैं। गृह मंत्री सम्राट चौधरी के इस आदेश के बाद पुलिस मुख्यालय स्तर पर इसकी गाइडलाइन तैयार की जा रही है ताकि जल्द ही पूरे प्रदेश में धरपकड़ शुरू की जा सके।
