हरियाणा: बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को बड़ा झटका
हरियाणा में बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को झटका लगा है। अब बिजली उपभोक्ताओं के एक वर्ग को अधिक भुगतान करना होगा, क्योंकि बिजली विभाग ने बिजली वितरण कंपनियों के अलावा बिजली उत्पादकों या व्यापारियों से सीधे बिजली आपूर्ति प्राप्त करने वाले थोक उपभोक्ताओं पर एडिशनल सरचार्ज लगा दिया है।
दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम (DHBVN) के चीफ इंजीनियर (कॉमर्शियल) द्वारा जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि निगम ने हरियाणा विद्युत नियामक आयोग (HERC) के नियमों के अनुसार ओपन एक्सेस सिस्टम के तहत बिजली का लाभ उठाने वाले उपभोक्ताओं से 1.21 रुपए प्रति किलोवाट घंटा (KWH) का एडिशनल सरचार्ज वसूलने का निर्णय लिया है।
राज्य सरकार के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि यह अधिभार सभी बिजली उपभोक्ताओं पर लागू नहीं होगा और यह केवल उन थोक उपभोक्ताओं पर लागू होगा जो डिस्कॉम के अलावा अन्य स्रोतों से बिजली खरीदते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि ये थोक उपभोक्ता अपने खुदरा बिजली उपभोक्ताओं पर अधिभार का बोझ डाल सकते हैं।
