Social Media सरकार की योजनाओं का हो प्रचार प्रसार – सचिव
Social Media मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर प्रदेश में 17 दिसम्बर 2025 से 45 दिनों तक ‘‘जन जन की सरकार-जन जन के द्वार’’ अभियान संचालित किया जाएगा. इस अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न न्याय पंचायतों और ग्राम पंचायतों में कैम्प लगाकर आम आदमी से जुड़ी योजनाओं का लाभ जन सामान्य तक उपलब्ध कराया जाना सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा. इस अभियान में राजस्व, ग्राम्य विकास, पंचायती राज, कृषि, समाज कल्याण सहित 23 विभाग शामिल रहेंगे. इस संबंध में सभी संबंधित विभागों को स्पष्ट दिशा-निर्देश भी जारी किए गए हैं…. सचिव सामान्य प्रशासन विनोद कुमार सुमन ने इस संबंध में प्रदेश के सभी जिलाधिकारियों को पत्र भेजा है. जिसमें प्रदेश में केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं का व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं.
योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने के निर्देश Social Media
सचिव के अनुसार इस अभियान के तहत विभिन्न न्याय पंचायतों में कैंप लगाने और न्याय पंचायत/ग्राम पंचायतों में विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान किए जाने के लिए ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों का भ्रमण करते हुए जन सामान्य से आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त किए जाएंगे और उस पर कार्यवाही की जाएगी. उन्होंने बताया कि यह कार्यक्रम न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर संचालित किया जाएगा और वहां पर बहुउद्देशीय शिविर/कैंप लगाए जाएंगे. यदि कोई न्याय पंचायत बहुत बड़ी हो तो उस न्याय पंचायत में दो भागों में गांव को विभक्त करते हुए कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाएगा.
सुमन ने बताया कि इस अभियान के दौरान आयोजित कैम्प में उपस्थित पात्र व्यक्तियों को विभिन्न योजनाओं से लाभान्वित किया जाएगा. उन्होंने बताया कि कैम्प के उपरान्त निकट के किसी गांव में सभी अधिकारियों द्वारा भ्रमण किया जाएगा और उस गांव के सभी पात्र व्यक्तियों को केन्द्र सरकार तथा राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं से लाभान्वित किए जाने के लिए आवेदन पत्र भरवाए जाएंगे. उस ग्राम पंचायत के सभी निवासीगण केन्द्र सरकार और राज्य सरकार की सभी प्रकार की योजनाओं से पूरी तरह से लाभान्वित हो सके और कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति योजना के लाभ से वंचित न रहे, इस पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा.
इस संबंध में उन्होंने जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि कैंप लगाने से पूर्व मीडिया के माध्यम से इसका व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाए. जनपद में अधिकारियों की उपलब्धता को ध्यान में रखते हुए हर सप्ताह में कम से कम 02 से 03 कार्य दिवसों में प्रत्येक तहसील की न्याय पंचायतों में यह कैंप लगाना सुनिश्चित किया जाए. प्रयास किया जाए कि हर सप्ताह जनपद में जितनी तहसील है,उनकी कम से कम एक-एक न्याय पंचायत में यह आयोजन हो. यह कार्यक्रम न्यूनतम 45 दिन तक अनिवार्य रूप से सभी न्याय पंचायतों में चलाया जाना है. यदि इस अभियान के दौरान सभी न्याय पंचायतें आच्छादित नहीं हो पाती है तो कार्यक्रम को तदनुसार जनपद द्वारा आवश्यकतानुसार इसे आगे भी विस्तारित किया जा सकता है.
