भारत में बनेगा माउंट एवरेस्ट पर लैंड होने वाला हेलीकॉप्टर

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति इमैनुएल मैक्रों ने मंगलवार को मुंबई में मुलाकात की और भारत-फ्रांस रिश्तों को नई ऊंचाई दी। दोनों नेताओं ने कर्नाटक के वेमगल में एयरबस H125 हेलीकॉप्टर की फाइनल असेंबली लाइन का उद्घाटन किया।

यह भारत में निजी क्षेत्र की पहली ऐसी हेलीकॉप्टर मैन्युफैक्चरिंग सुविधा है, जो टाटा एडवांस्ड सिस्टम्स लिमिटेड (TASL) और एयरबस के संयुक्त उद्यम से बनी है। इस कदम से ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ और ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ को मजबूत बढ़ावा मिला है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि यह दोनों देशों के बीच गहरे भरोसे का एक और मिसाल है।

रक्षा सहयोग और हेलीकॉप्टर उत्पादन का नया चैप्टर

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने इस मौके पर कहा, “हम गर्व महसूस कर रहे हैं कि भारत और फ्रांस मिलकर दुनिया का एकमात्र ऐसा हेलीकॉप्टर बनाएंगे, जो माउंट एवरेस्ट की ऊंचाई तक उड़ सकता है। और हम इसे दुनिया भर में निर्यात भी करेंगे।”

H125 हेलीकॉप्टर ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में बेहद कारगर है। यह सुविधा न सिर्फ भारतीय बाजार के लिए बल्कि क्षेत्रीय बाजारों के लिए भी हेलीकॉप्टर बनाएगी। पहला मेड इन इंडिया H125 हेलीकॉप्टर 2027 की शुरुआत में डिलीवर होने की उम्मीद है।

आर्थिक और व्यापारिक साझेदारी को नई गति

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने बताया कि भारत ने हाल ही में यूरोपीय संघ के साथ अब तक का सबसे बड़ा और महत्वाकांक्षी फ्री ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट (FTA) पूरा किया है। इससे भारत-फ्रांस संबंधों को अभूतपूर्व गति मिलेगी। दोनों देशों ने डबल टैक्सेशन से बचाव के लिए एक समझौता भी साइन किया, ताकि लोगों और कंपनियों के बीच निवेश आसान हो।

पीएम मोदी ने कहा, “ये सभी कदम व्यापार, निवेश और लोगों की आवाजाही में नई ऊर्जा भरेंगे। यह साझा समृद्धि का रोडमैप है।”

आतंकवाद के खिलाफ संकल्प

पीएम मोदी ने फ्रांस की विशेषज्ञता और भारत के स्केल को जोड़ने पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि दोनों देश ट्रस्टेड टेक्नोलॉजी विकसित कर रहे हैं। इंटरनेशनल सोलर अलायंस, इंडिया-मिडिल ईस्ट-यूरोप इकोनॉमिक कॉरिडोर और संयुक्त प्रोजेक्ट्स के जरिए मानव विकास सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। दोनों देश लोकतंत्र, कानून का राज और बहुध्रुवीय दुनिया में विश्वास रखते हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री ने वैश्विक संस्थाओं में सुधार की जरूरत बताई, ताकि वैश्विक चुनौतियों का समाधान निकल सके। उन्होंने यूक्रेन, पश्चिम एशिया और इंडो-पैसिफिक में शांति के प्रयासों का समर्थन दोहराया। दोनों पक्षों ने सभी रूपों में आतंकवाद की कड़ी निंदा की।

पहलगाम हमले की निंदा

राष्ट्रपति मैक्रों ने अप्रैल 2025 में पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले की निंदा की। उन्होंने भारत के आतंकवाद के खिलाफ खुद की रक्षा करने के अधिकार का भी समर्थन किया। दोनों देशों ने एलिवेटेड पार्टनरशिप और होराइजन 2047 रोडमैप को लागू करने के लिए सालाना विदेश मंत्रियों के संवाद की शुरुआत की। इससे नियमित समीक्षा और सहयोग मजबूत होगा।
