उत्तराखंड: पीएम मोदी जल्द आ सकते है टिहरी दौरे पर

टिहरी झील किनारे कोटीकॉलोनी में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की बड़ी जनसभा आयोजित किए जाने की तैयारी चल रही है, जहां वे देश की पहली वेरिएबल स्पीड 1000 मेगावाट पीएसपी परियोजना राष्ट्र को समर्पित कर सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही टिहरी मेडिकल कॉलेज की आधारशिला रखने और क्षेत्रीय विकास से जुड़ी कई अहम घोषणाओं की भी उम्मीद जताई जा रही है।

टिहरी बांध की 1000 मेगावाट क्षमता वाली पंप स्टोरेज प्लांट (पीएसपी) परियोजना के लोकार्पण के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी इस माह के अंत या जून के पहले सप्ताह में टिहरी दौरे पर आ सकते हैं। प्रधानमंत्री के प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम को देखते हुए जिला प्रशासन और टीएचडीसी ने तैयारियां तेज कर दी हैं। टिहरी झील किनारे कोटीकॉलोनी में प्रधानमंत्री की जनसभा प्रस्तावित है, जिसे लेकर प्रशासनिक हलचल बढ़ गई है।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी टिहरी बांध की पीएसपी परियोजना राष्ट्र को समर्पित करने के साथ टिहरी मेडिकल कॉलेज की आधारशिला भी रख सकते हैं। इसके अलावा टिहरी बांध प्रभावितों की लंबित पुनर्वास की समस्याओं, रायल्टी, रिंग रोड परियोजना और क्षेत्रीय विकास से जुड़े मुद्दों पर भी विशेष फोकस रहने की संभावना है।

प्रधानमंत्री ने खुद ही टिहरी आने की जताई थी इच्छा
टिहरी बांध पहले से ही 1000 मेगावाट और कोटेश्वर बांध 400 मेगावाट बिजली का उत्पादन कर रहा हैं। अब पीएसपी के 1000 मेगावाट जुड़ने से कुल उत्पादन क्षमता 2400 मेगावाट तक पहुंच गई है। करीब 8 हजार करोड़ रुपये की पीएसपी परियोजना बनकर तैयार है। पीएसपी परियोजना देश की पहली वेरिएबल स्पीड पंप स्टोरेज परियोजना है, जो मांग के अनुसार बिजली उत्पादन को नियंत्रित करने में सक्षम है।

बताया जा रहा है कि पीएसपी का लोकार्पण पहले 14 अप्रैल को प्रस्तावित था, लेकिन कार्यक्रम स्थगित हो गया था। उसी दौरान प्रधानमंत्री ने खुद ही टिहरी आने की इच्छा जताई थी। विधायक किशोर उपाध्याय ने आज देहरादून में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से मुलाकात कर प्रधानमंत्री को टिहरी आने का न्योता भी दिया है। उनका कहना है कि प्रधानमंत्री के दौरे से बांध प्रभावितों की समस्याओं के समाधान, रायल्टी के मुद्दे और मेडिकल कॉलेज निर्माण को गति मिल सकती है।

2400 मेगावाट बिजली के पीछे डूबी यादें और संघर्ष
