जापान के साथ रणनीतिक साझेदारी पर जोर दे रही मान सरकार
पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान ने जापान के साथ उन्नत निर्माण, गतिशीलता, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, फूड प्रोसेसिंग, नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा जैसे क्षेत्रों में रणनीतिक साझेदारी पर जोर दिया है। सीएम मान ने कैबिनेट मंत्री संजीव अरोड़ा के साथ 25 से अधिक प्रमुख जापानी कंपनियों के साथ विचार-विमर्श किया। उच्चस्तरीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल के साथ वर्चुअल विचार-विमर्श के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, पंजाब की धरती साहस, लचीलापन, कड़ी मेहनत, उद्यमशीलता, रचनात्मकता और सामुदायिक साझेदारी के लिए जानी जाती है। भारत में काम करने वाली जिन 25 से अधिक जापानी कंपनियों के साथ बात हुई उनमें पैनासोनिक, सुमितोमो, निप्पॉन, एनईसी, टोयोटा शामिल रहीं।
सरकार की तरफ से जारी बयान के मुताबिक 25 कंपनियों के साथ यह विचार-विमर्श अगल साल 13 से 15 मार्च को मोहाली में होने वाली छठी प्रोग्रेसिव पंजाब इन्वेस्टर समिट का हिस्सा है। मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान ने कहा कि पंजाब ने भारत के विकास में, विशेष रूप से देश को खाद्यान्न उत्पादन में आत्मनिर्भर बनाने में अहम भूमिका निभाई है।
जापानी उद्योग के साथ पंजाब के मजबूत संबंधों पर जोर देते हुए सीएम मान ने जापानी कंपनियों से पंजाब के औद्योगिक परिवर्तन के अगले चरण का हिस्सा बनने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब और जापान विश्वास, अनुशासन और दीर्घकालिक साझेदारी के मूल्य साझा करते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार का मकसद युवाओं के लिए नए अवसर पैदा करने के साथ-साथ निवेशकों के लिए स्थिर और विश्वसनीय वातावरण सुनिश्चित करना है।
उन्होंने कहा, जापान के साथ हमारे संबंध पहले से ही मजबूत हैं। कई प्रसिद्ध कंपनियों ने पंजाब में निवेश पर भरोसा दिखाया है। सीएम भगवंत मान ने कहा, पंजाब के ऑटोमोटिव और विनिर्माण क्षेत्र में माजदा, सुमितोमो, एसएमएल इसुज़ु, यानमार, आइची स्टील और गुनमा सीको जैसी कंपनियां पैर पसार चुकी हैं। पैकेजिंग और औद्योगिक उत्पादों में टोपन और ओजी होल्डिंग्स ने मजबूत पकड़ बनाई है। कृषि और मशीनरी में निवेश के लिए भी जापान की कई कंपनियां उत्सुक हैं।
पंजाब को भारत के सबसे अधिक कारोबार-अनुकूल राज्यों में से एक बताते हुए सीएम मान ने कहा, भारत सरकार ने 2024 की बिजनेस रिफॉर्म एक्शन प्लान (बी.आर.ए.पी.) रैंकिंग में पंजाब को पहला स्थान दिया है। यह उपलब्धि राज्य सरकार की कारोबार में सुगमता, पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही प्रशासन को दर्शाती है। राज्य सरकार का दृष्टिकोण स्पष्ट है- नीतिगत स्थिरता, त्वरित फैसले और निवेशकों के समय और भरोसे का सम्मान करते हुए पंजाब को वैश्विक उद्योग के लिए पसंदीदा गंतव्य बनाना। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार ने बीते कुछ समय में बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत किया है जिससे औद्योगिक क्षमता के विस्तार और निवेश के नए रास्ते खुले हैं।
