रक्षा क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भर हो रहा देश,1.20 लाख करोड़ के घरेलू सैन्य उपकरण खरीदे गए
रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने मंगलवार को कहा कि भारत वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में 1.20 लाख करोड़ रुपये मूल्य के घरेलू सैन्य उपकरण और हथियार खरीद रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश सुरक्षा चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए तेजी से आत्मनिर्भरता की तरफ ध्यान लगा रहा है। एक कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि सरकार, युद्ध क्षेत्र के बदलते स्वरूप, खासकर ड्रोन आदि के इस्तेमाल की अहमियत से पूरी तरह वाकिफ है और उसके अनुसार ही अपनी सैन्य तैयारी कर रही है।
घरेलू सैन्य उपकरण खरीद बढ़ी
राजनाथ सिंह ने बताया कि ‘2021-22 में, घरेलू स्रोतों से हमने करीब 74 हजार करोड़ रुपये के घरेलू सैन्य उपकरण खरीदे, लेकिन 2024-25 के अंत तक, घरेलू स्रोतों से सैन्य खरीद बढ़कर करीब 1.20 लाख करोड़ रुपये हो गई है। यह बदलाव केवल आंकड़ों का नहीं, बल्कि मानसिकता का भी है।’ रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि ‘मोदी सरकार ने पिछले 10 वर्षों में देश में रक्षा उपकरणों के स्वदेशी डिजाइन, विकास और निर्माण को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए कई नीतिगत पहल की हैं और इन पहलों के तहत, अब सैन्य उपकरणों की खरीद में घरेलू स्रोतों को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है।’

रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा, ‘भारत सरकार युद्ध के बदलते स्वरूप से पूरी तरह वाकिफ है। आज का युद्ध पूरी तरह से तकनीक आधारित हो गया है। हमने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर में भी इसका प्रदर्शन देखा। इसमें हमने पाया कि ड्रोन, ड्रोन-रोधी युद्ध और वायु-रक्षा प्रणालियों जैसे गैर-संपर्क युद्धों का महत्व काफी बढ़ गया है।’ राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि 2047 तक भारत को एक विकसित देश बनाने में रक्षा क्षेत्र की भूमिका अहम है।
रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा, ‘हमें महत्वपूर्ण रक्षा क्षमताओं में आत्मनिर्भरता हासिल करनी होगी। साथ ही हमें रक्षा क्षेत्र में एक प्रमुख वैश्विक निर्यातक बनना होगा। तीसरा, भारत को अत्याधुनिक तकनीकी क्षेत्रों में आगे ले जाने के लिए, हमें कुछ खास तकनीकों और प्रौद्योगिकी में प्रगति करनी होगी।’
