उत्तर भारत में वेस्टर्न डिस्टरबेंस का असर खत्म होते ही राजस्थान में एक बार फिर उत्तरी हवाएं सक्रिय हो गई हैं। बुधवार को सर्द हवाओं के चलते प्रदेश में तापमान में 7 डिग्री तक की गिरावट दर्ज की गई। सीकर, फतेहपुर और माउंट आबू में न्यूनतम तापमान 5 डिग्री सेल्सियस से नीचे चला गया, जबकि शेखावाटी क्षेत्र में कड़ाके की ठंड के कारण ओस की बूंदें जम गईं। मौसम विभाग ने चूरू, झुंझुनूं, सीकर और नागौर जिलों के लिए अगले दो दिनों तक कोल्ड-वेव की चेतावनी जारी की है। हालांकि बुधवार को घने कोहरे से राहत रही और प्रदेश के अधिकांश हिस्सों में आसमान साफ रहा, जिससे दिन में तेज धूप खिली।
मौसम केंद्र जयपुर के अनुसार, पिछले 24 घंटे में फतेहपुर सबसे ठंडा रहा, जहां न्यूनतम तापमान 2.6 डिग्री दर्ज हुआ। नागौर में 3.4, माउंट आबू में 4 और सीकर में 5 डिग्री तापमान रहा। वहीं सिरोही में बुधवार को प्रदेश का सबसे ठंडा दिन दर्ज किया गया, जहां अधिकतम तापमान केवल 19.5 डिग्री सेल्सियस रहा। मौसम वैज्ञानिकों के मुताबिक, अगले एक सप्ताह तक मौसम शुष्क रहेगा और सर्द हवाओं के चलते ठंड का असर बना रहेगा। अगले दो दिनों में तापमान में 2 से 4 डिग्री तक और गिरावट आने की संभावना है।
