हरियाणा के उपभोक्ताओं को लग सकता है झटका, बिजली दरों में 15% बढ़ोतरी की तैयारी
हरियाणा के बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को अगले वित्तीय वर्ष (2026-27) से बिजली बिलों में भारी बढ़ोतरी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। राज्य की बिजली वितरण कंपनियों (डिस्कॉम) दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम (DHBVN) और उत्तर हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम (UHBVN) — ने बिजली दरों में लगभग 15 से 17 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि का प्रस्ताव दिया है।
बिजली कंपनियों ने वित्तीय घाटे को पाटने के लिए करीब 51,000 करोड़ रुपये की वार्षिक राजस्व आवश्यकता (ARR) का अनुमान लगाया है। सब्सिडी और वर्तमान आय के बाद भी लगभग 4,000 करोड़ रुपये की कमी रहने का अनुमान है। यदि हरियाणा बिजली नियामक आयोग (HERC) इस प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी देता है, तो घरेलू, वाणिज्यिक और औद्योगिक श्रेणियों में 15-17% की बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है। हालांकि, इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन (EV) चार्जिंग और निजी ट्यूबवेल के लिए 5% की मामूली वृद्धि का सुझाव दिया गया है।
