एअर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस की काठमांडो की उड़ानें प्रभावित, बंगलूरू हवाईअड्डे पर यात्रियों ने किया प्रदर्शन
बंगलूरू से नेपाल जाने वाले यात्रियों ने एअर इंडिया के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। इसकी वजह से केम्पेगौड़ा अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाईअड्डे पर अफरा-तफरी का माहौल बन गया। यात्रियों ने आरोप लगाया कि दो दिनों तक कुप्रबंधन के कारण उनकी यात्रा योजना पूरी तरह बाधित हो गई।
एअर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस के प्रवक्ता ने लगातार दो दिनों तक उड़ानें प्रभावित होने की वजह खराब मौसम बताई है। प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि 26 और 27 फरवरी को निर्धारित उड़ानों को काठमांडो में प्रतिकूल मौसम के चलते डायवर्ट करना पड़ा। इस कारण कल (27 फरवरी) की बाधित सेवा के यात्रियों को वापस लाने के लिए आज (28 फरवरी) संचालित की गई अतिरिक्त उड़ान को भी इसी वजह से डायवर्ट करना पड़ा।
यात्रियों को हुई असुविधा
प्रवक्ता ने आगे कहा कि इन यात्रियों को लाने के लिए एक मार्च को एक अतिरिक्त रिकवरी उड़ान की योजना बनाई गई है। इस स्थिति के कारण यात्रियों को काफी असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। यात्रियों के मुताबिक, गुरुवार सुबह 10.30 बजे बंगलूरू से काठमांडो के लिए उड़ान भरी गई थी, लेकिन विमान काठमांडो में लैंड नहीं कर सका और वापस लौट आया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि इस संबंध में स्पष्ट जानकारी नहीं दी गई।
बताया गया कि वही विमान शुक्रवार सुबह फिर से रवाना हुआ, लेकिन इस बार भी काठमांडो में नहीं उतर सका और उसे लखनऊ डायवर्ट कर दिया गया। यात्रियों का कहना है कि लखनऊ में उतरने के बाद उन्हें कई घंटों तक विमान के अंदर ही बैठे रहने को मजबूर किया गया।
यात्रियों ने की मुआवजे की मांग
एक यात्री ने विरोध के दौरान कहा, ‘हमें घंटों तक विमान के अंदर बिना किसी स्पष्ट जानकारी के रखा गया। कोई यह नहीं बता रहा था कि आखिर हो क्या रहा है।’ काफी देर तक इंतजार करने और थकान के बाद यात्रियों ने विमान के भीतर ही प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिया, जिसके बाद एयरलाइन को उन्हें वापस बंगलूरू लाना पड़ा।
