कैप्स कैफे गोलीकांड: लुधियाना का सीपू निकला मास्टरमाइंड, स्टडी वीजा पर कनाडा गया

कनाडा पुलिस और भारतीय दूतावास ने दिल्ली स्थित केंद्रीय क्राइम ब्रांच की तरफ से की गई जांच के बाद लुधियाना के ब्रहमपुर निवासी सुखविंदर सिंह सीपू को गोलीबारी का सूत्रधार करार देते हुए उसके खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया गया है। क्राइम ब्रांच ने 28 नवंबर को गोल्डी ढिल्लों गैंग के गुर्गे बंधू मान सिंह सेखों निवासी जवद्दी जिला लुधियाना को गिरफ्तार किया था, बंधू मान सिंह सेखों से कड़ी पूछताछ के दौरान उसने सुखविंदर सिंह सीपू के साथ मिलकर साजिश रची और कपिल शर्मा के कनाडा स्थित कैफे की रैकी करने के लिए सीपू को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी थी। वहीं दूसरी तरफ मान सिंह सेखों ने गोलीबारी के लिए हथियार और वाहनों का प्रबंध किया था। इस पूरे कांड में युवक शैरी और दिलजोत सिंह का नाम भी सामने आया है।
इस मामले में जिला लुधियाना ग्रामीण पुलिस के अधिकारी कोई स्टेटमेंट देने से बच रहे हैं, लेकिन खुफिया एजेंसियां हाई अलर्ट पर हैं और सुखविंदर सिंह सीपू के परिवार नाते रिश्तेदारों और दोस्तों पर कड़ी नजर रखी जा रही है। यह भी बताया गया है कि कपिल शर्मा के कनाडा स्थित कैफे पर गोलीबारी के लिए भाड़े के गुर्गों का इस्तेमाल किया गया और सुखविंदर सिंह सीपू और बंधू मान सिंह सेखों ने पूरी योजना बनाई और घटना को अंजाम दे दिया गया।
सीपू के परिवार ने बेटे को बेकसूर बताया
सुखविंदर सिंह सीपू के पिता करमजीत सिंह ने गांव ब्रहमपुर के नंबरदार बलवीर सिंह की मौजूदगी में बताया कि भारी ब्याज पर लाखों रुपये कर्जा लेकर उसे स्टडी वीजा पर कनाडा भेजा है और आजतक किसी भी आपराधिक मामले में उसका नाम नहीं आया।
करमजीत सिंह ने कहा कि बेटा सुखविंदर सिंह सीपू ने कभी किसी से लड़ाई झगड़ा तक नहीं किया और अब उसे इतने बड़े अपराध का मुख्य साजिशकर्ता बताया जा रहा है। उन्हें कपिल शर्मा के कनाडा स्थित कैफे पर गोलीबारी की जानकारी तक नहीं है और अब गांव की पंचायत द्वारा उन्हें बेटे के इस मामले में शामिल होने की जानकारी दी गई है। करमजीत सिंह ने कनाडा सरकार और दिल्ली क्राइम ब्रांच से मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच करने की मांग की है।
