खजुराहो से बनारस के बीच चलेगी वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस
मध्यप्रदेश: केंद्र सरकार ने खजुराहो से बनारस के बीच वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन चलाने की मंजूरी दे दी है। यह घोषणा खजुराहो के सांसद और भाजपा के पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विष्णुदत्त शर्मा (वी.डी. शर्मा) की रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव से हुई फोन पर बातचीत के बाद हुई। सांसद शर्मा ने इस निर्णय को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव द्वारा बुंदेलखंड को दिया गया “दीवाली गिफ्ट” बताया है।
सांसद विष्णुदत्त शर्मा ने बताया कि खजुराहो से बनारस के बीच वंदे भारत ट्रेन की मांग लंबे समय से की जा रही थी। उन्होंने कुछ माह पूर्व रेल मंत्री से दिल्ली में मुलाकात कर इस विषय पर पत्र सौंपा था। शर्मा के आग्रह पर रेल मंत्री ने सकारात्मक पहल करते हुए इस मार्ग पर वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस चलाने की सहमति दी थी। मंगलवार को फोन पर हुई चर्चा के दौरान रेल मंत्री ने उन्हें जानकारी दी कि ट्रेन शुरू करने के आदेश एक-दो दिन में जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।
सांसद शर्मा ने कहा कि यह ट्रेन बुंदेलखंड क्षेत्र के लिए विकास और समृद्धि की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक कदम साबित होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बाबा मतंगेश्वर की नगरी खजुराहो से बाबा काशी विश्वनाथ की नगरी बनारस को जोड़ने वाली यह वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस न केवल धार्मिक पर्यटन को नई ऊंचाई देगी, बल्कि रोजगार और व्यापार के अवसर भी बढ़ाएगी। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि खजुराहो विश्व प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन स्थल है, जहां देश-विदेश से बड़ी संख्या में पर्यटक पहुंचते हैं। अब वंदे भारत ट्रेन के शुरू होने से भारतीय यात्रियों के लिए भी खजुराहो की यात्रा अधिक सुगम और सुलभ हो जाएगी। इससे बुंदेलखंड के आर्थिक विकास में तेजी आएगी और स्थानीय व्यवसायों को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
स्थानीय नागरिकों और जनप्रतिनिधियों ने इस घोषणा पर खुशी जाहिर की है। उन्होंने कहा कि वंदे भारत ट्रेन शुरू होने से क्षेत्र की कनेक्टिविटी मजबूत होगी और मध्यप्रदेश का गौरवशाली पर्यटन नक्शे पर और अधिक चमकेगा। सांसद वी.डी. शर्मा ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि यह निर्णय प्रधानमंत्री के “विकसित भारत” के संकल्प को साकार करने वाला है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह केवल एक ट्रेन नहीं, बल्कि बुंदेलखंड के विकास की नई रफ्तार है।
