बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ईद के मौके पर शनिवार को फुलवारी शरीफ स्थित प्रसिद्ध खानकाह मुजीबिया पहुंचे। वहां उन्होंने खानकाह के सज्जादा नशीं हजरत मौलाना सैयद शाह आयतुल्लाह कादरी से मुलाकात कर उन्हें ईद की मुबारकबाद दी। मुख्यमंत्री के खानकाह पहुंचने पर प्रबंधक मौलाना मिन्हाजुद्दीन कादरी मुजीबी और नगर सभापति मो. आफताब आलम ने उन्हें टोपी और गमछा पहनाकर गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री सज्जादा नशीं के हुजरे में पहुंचे और उनसे लगभग 10 मिनट तक मुलाकात की।

मुख्यमंत्री लगभग 10 मिनट तक खानकाह परिसर में रहे। इस दौरान उन्होंने वहां मौजूद लोगों का अभिवादन किया और हाथ हिलाकर ईद की मुबारकबाद दी। सड़क किनारे खड़े लोगों ने भी मुख्यमंत्री की एक झलक पाने के लिए उत्साह दिखाया। मुख्यमंत्री के आगमन को लेकर खानकाह एवं आसपास के इलाकों में सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए थे। मीडिया कर्मियों को मुख्यमंत्री के नजदीक जाने की अनुमति नहीं थी और वे दूर से ही फोटो व वीडियो बनाते नजर आए।
