लखनऊ: भारतीय जनता पार्टी की (भाजपा) की उत्तर प्रदेश इकाई अगले साल होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव की अपनी तैयारियों को मज़बूत करने के लिए जल्द ही बाकी बचे पांच जिला अध्यक्षों और 80 से ज़्यादा मंडल अध्यक्षों को नियुक्त करके ज़मीनी स्तर पर संगठनात्मक बदलाव पूरा करने वाली है।
जिला-स्तरीय कमेटियों का होगा गठन
पार्टी सूत्रों ने बताया कि प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पंकज चौधरी और राज्य महासचिव (संगठन) धर्मपाल सिंह ने केंद्रीय नेतृत्व से मंज़ूरी लेने के लिए बाकी जिला अध्यक्षों के नाम फ़ाइनल कर दिए हैं। इसके बाद जिला-स्तरीय कमेटियों का गठन किया जाएगा, जो मुख्य संगठनात्मक निकाय है जो ज़मीनी स्तर पर पार्टी की जनता तक पहुँच को बढ़ावा देता है। पार्टी ने स्थानीय स्तर पर मंडल-स्तरीय अध्यक्षों का चुनाव कराने का फ़ैसला किया। पार्टी ने 1,918 मंडल अध्यक्षों में से 1,800 से ज़्यादा का चुनाव करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली है, ये संगठनात्मक पदाधिकारी जिला निकाय और बूथ-स्तरीय व्यवस्था के बीच एक पुल का काम करते हैं।
राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों का क्या कहना?

सूत्रों ने कहा कि पार्टी का मकसद ऑर्गेनाइज़ेशनल कमियों को दूर करना, गुटबाज़ी को रोकना और यह पक्का करना है कि अनुशासन का मैसेज राज्य से बूथ लेवल तक पहुँचे। सूत्रों ने कहा कि जिला-लेवल का ऑर्गेनाइज़ेशनल सेट-अप आखिरकार स्टेट टीम बनाने का रास्ता बनाएगा, जिसमें असल में स्टेट वाइस-प्रेसिडेंट, जनरल सेक्रेटरी और छह रीजनल प्रेसिडेंट शामिल होंगे।
