बरेली में विकसित होगी औद्योगिक टाउनशिप
बरेली विकास प्राधिकरण (बीडीए) बोर्ड की बैठक में औद्योगिक टाउनशिप का कार्य शुरू करने के लिए सैद्धांतिक स्वीकृति मिल गई है। इस टाउनशिप के लिए किसानों को हाथोंहाथ मुआवजा दिया जाएगा। इधर उनकी जमीन की रजिस्ट्री होगी, उधर उनको मुआवजे का चेक मिल जाएगा।
बीडीए अधिकारियों के मुताबिक टाउनशिप को लॉजिस्टिक हब, ट्रांसपोर्टनगर, वेयर हाउस और इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया चार जोन में बांटा गया है। लॉजिस्टिक हब के लिए 125 हेक्टेयर भूमि रहपुरा चौधरी में ली जाएगी। अगले सप्ताह से इसकी कवायद शुरू होगी। लॉजिस्टिक हब को जोन एक में रखा गया है। यहीं से टाउनशिप की शुरुआत होगी। इसमें 750 वर्गमीटर के 45, एक हजार वर्गमीटर के 32, दो हजार वर्गमीटर के 10, 3750 वर्गमीटर के 10 और पांच व 10 हजार वर्गमीटर के दो-दो भूखंड होंगे। जोन-2 में वेयर हाउस, तीन में ट्रांसपोर्टनगर व चार में इंडस्टि्रयल एरिया को रखा गया है। इनमें भी 750 से लेकर 10 हजार वर्गमीटर तक के प्लॉट होंगे।

ईटीपी, एसटीपी, ई-चार्जिंग स्टेशन, कॉमन पार्किंग एरिया, पेट्रोल-सीएनजी पंप, सीयूजीएल गैस लाइन, कैफेटेरिया, बैंक व पोस्ट ऑफिस, फायर स्टेशन और फायर हाइड्रेंट नेटवर्क, मेडिकल फैसिलिटी सेंटर, कॉमन फैसिलिटी सेंटर, सॉलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम, मजदूरों के लिए डॉरमेट्री व हॉस्टल।
