ईपीएफओ के नियमों के अनुसार, यदि कोई सिक्योरिटी गार्ड एक से अधिक जगह काम करता है, तो प्रत्येक नियोक्ता को उसके पीएफ खाते में योगदान करना होगा। कर्मचारी को अपना यूएएन सक्रिय रखना चाहिए, जिससे वह सभी पीएफ खातों को एक ही स्थान पर देख सके। प्रत्येक नियोक्ता की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह पीएफ की कटौती करे और उसे ईपीएफओ में जमा करे।

यानी सिक्योरिटी गार्ड को यह समझना जरूरी है कि पीएफ सदस्यता उस जगह से नहीं जुड़ी होती जहां वह तैनाती पर है, बल्कि उस कंपनी से जुड़ी होती है जिसने उसे नियुक्त किया है। अगर उसकी सिक्योरिटी एजेंसी ईपीएफ एक्ट के तहत रजिस्टर्ड है, तो पीएफ कटना तय है- चाहे वह किसी बैंक, कंपनी, दुकान, अस्पताल या किसी भी साइट पर ड्यूटी कर रहा हो।
इस नियम का सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह है कि नौकरी बदलने या लोकेशन बदलने पर पीएफ अकाउंट प्रभावित नहीं होता। UAN वही रहता है और पीएफ का अमाउंट उसी Employer Code के माध्यम से जमा होती रहती है।

सिक्योरिटी कंपनी से ही लागू होगा नियम
