एसएस परमार की अध्यक्षता में एडीजीपी स्तर की सुरक्षा टीम ने कन्वेंशन हाल में सुरक्षा मानकों और रूट प्लान का विस्तार से रिव्यू किया। वीसी प्रो. डा. करमजीत सिंह, डीसी दलविंदरजीत सिंह, पुलिस कमिश्नर गुरप्रीत सिंह भुल्लर, एआईजी परमिंदर सिंह भंडाल सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
