गोवा में शुरू होगी कॉमनवेल्थ पार्लियामेंट्री कॉन्फ्रेंस
लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिरला गुरुवार को गोवा में कॉमनवेल्थ पार्लियामेंट्री कॉन्फ्रेंस का उद्घाटन करेंगे। इस कॉन्फ्रेंस में शासन और विकास की प्राथमिकताओं पर चर्चा होगी। गोवा विधानसभा के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया कि श्री बिरला गुरुवार सुबह 10:40 बजे इस कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन करेंगे और दोपहर 12:10 बजे सभा को संबोधित करेंगे।
यह कार्यक्रम पणजी के एक होटल में आयोजित किया जाएगा, जहाँ पश्चिमी भारत के वरिष्ठ संसदीय नेताओं के शासन और विकास की प्रमुख प्राथमिकताओं से संबंधित चर्चाओं में भाग लेने की उम्मीद है। इस कॉन्फ्रेंस का उद्देश्य अंतर-संसदीय सहयोग को मज़बूत करना और क्षेत्रीय तथा राष्ट्रीय मुद्दों पर सार्थक संवाद को बढ़ावा देना है।
यह कॉन्फ्रेंस बेहतरीन विधायी प्रथाओं के आदान-प्रदान और शासन में समकालीन चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए सहयोगात्मक दृष्टिकोण अपनाने का एक मंच भी प्रदान करेगी। इस कार्यक्रम में दो पूर्ण सत्र होंगे।
