चंडीगढ़ में महापंचायत: सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कड़ी..BSF जवान तैनात

राजधानी चंडीगढ़ में आज किसानों की महापंचायत होने जा रही है। संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा (एसकेएम) के आह्वान पर चंडीगढ़ के सेक्टर-43बी में होने वाली महापंचायत में पंजाब समेत देशभर से हजारों किसान पहुंच रहे हैं। वहीं महापंचायत स्थल पर किसान जुटने भी शुरू हो गए हैं। यह महापंचायत किसानों के ऐतिहासिक किसान आंदोलन के पांच साल पूरे होने पर की जा रही है।

चंडीगढ़ में किसानों की महापंचायत को लेकर यूटी प्रशासन ने सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किए हैं। सेक्टर 43बी में महापंचायत को देखते हुए सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की जिम्मेदारी चंडीगढ़ पुलिस के अलावा बॉर्डर सिक्योरिटी फोर्स (बीएसएफ) को भी दी गई है। सेक्टर-43 में बीएसएफ के जवानों को तैनात कर दिया गया है। महापंचायत के लिए सेक्टर-43 में किसानों द्वारा लंगर भी तैयार किया जा रहा है।

भाकियू (लक्खोवाल) के सूबा प्रधान हरिंदर सिंह लक्खोवाल ने बताया कि इस मौके पर एसकेएम केंद्र सरकार और पंजाब सरकार दोनों को मांगपत्र सौंपा जाएगा। लक्खोवाल ने कहा कि किसान संगठन अब भी अपनी अधूरी मांगों पर डटे हैं। इनमें एमएसपी की कानूनी गारंटी, पंजाब को चंडीगढ़ पर पूरा अधिकार देने, पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी को पंजाब का दर्जा बहाल कराने और राज्य के जल संसाधनों पर हक सुनिश्चित करने जैसी मांगें प्रमुख हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र को भेजे जा रहे मांगपत्र के साथ ही पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री के नाम भी राज्य से संबंधित मुद्दों का विस्तृत ज्ञापन सौंपा जाएगा।

ये हैं किसानों के प्रमुख मुद्दे
लक्खोवाल ने बकाया मुद्दों की सूची गिनाते हुए कहा कि बिजली संशोधन विधेयक 2025 को रद्द किया जाए, बाढ़ प्रभावित किसानों की मांगें तत्काल मानी जाएं और पंजाब में बाढ़-रोधक स्थायी प्रबंध किए जाएं। इसके साथ ही गन्ना उत्पादक किसानों के भुगतान और सहूलियतों का समाधान भी जल्द दिया जाए। किसान नेता ने केंद्र के नए श्रम कानूनों (चार लेबर कोड) का विरोध भी दोहराया। उन्होंने कहा कि ये कोड मजदूर विरोधी हैं और आजादी के बाद पीछे धकेलने वाले सबसे खराब सुधार साबित होंगे। इनसे न तो न्यूनतम वेतन की गारंटी सुनिश्चित होती है और न ही सामाजिक सुरक्षा का दावा सही ठहरता है।

तेज किया जाएगा आंदोलन
उन्होंने बताया कि 26 नवंबर को एसकेएम केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों और अन्य मजदूर-जत्थेबंदियों के साथ मिलकर इन कानूनों के खिलाफ व्यापक रोष प्रदर्शन करेगा। लक्खोवाल ने कहा कि सरकार यदि किसानों और मजदूरों के हितों को नजरंदाज करती रही तो आंदोलन को और तेज किया जाएगा। महापंचायत में पूरे पंजाब से बीकेयू लक्खोवाल के बड़े जत्थे पहुंचेंगे और यह कार्यक्रम किसान संगठनों की एकजुटता का मजबूत संदेश देगा।
