मध्य प्रदेश का पहला मछली उत्पादन और प्रसंस्करण क्लस्टर हलाली में बनेगा, सीएम यादव 13 को करेंगे उद्घाटन

प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना के अंतर्गत भोपाल के हलाली में बनने वाले राज्य के पहले रिज़र्वायर फिशरीज प्रोडक्शन एंड प्रोसेसिंग क्लस्टर का उद्घाटन 13 जून को इंदौर से किया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर देश के इनलैंड राज्यों के मत्स्य पालन मंत्रियों की राष्ट्रीय बैठक भी इंदौर में आयोजित की जाएगी, जिसमें केंद्रीय मंत्री राजीव रंजन सिंह सहित 20 राज्यों के मंत्री और विशेषज्ञ भाग लेंगे। इस बैठक का उद्देश्य समुद्र से रहित राज्यों में मत्स्य उत्पादन और तकनीकी नवाचार को बढ़ावा देना है।

मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने कहा है कि पीएम मत्स्य संपदा योजना में भोपाल के पास हलाली में बनने वाला मध्य प्रदेश का पहला रिजर्वायर फिशरीज प्रोडक्शन एंड प्रोसेसिंग क्लस्टर का उद्घाटन 13 जून को इंदौर से होगा। केंद्रीय मछुआ पालन, पशुपालन और डेयरी मंत्री राजीव रंजन सिंह राष्ट्रीय इनलैंड फिशरीज एवं एक्वाकल्चर बैठक में इसका उद्घाटन करेंगे। देश में पीएम मत्स्य संपदा योजना में इस तरह के 17 क्लस्टरों की पहचान केंद्री सरकार ने की है जो उन क्षेत्रों की मत्स्य पालन की विशेषताओं के आधार पर विकसित किए जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव ने कहा कि इनलैंड स्टेट में फिशरीज से जुड़ी इस तरह की बैठक देश में पहली बार इंदौर में हो रही है। बैठक का उद्देश्य उन इनलैंड राज्यों में मत्स्य उत्पादन बढ़ाना है, जिनकी सीमाएं समुद्र से नहीं जुड़ती हैं। इस बैठक में सिर्फ उन राज्यों के प्रतिनिधि भाग ले रहे हैं जो समुद्र से मत्स्य उत्पादन गतिविधियां नहीं करते हैं।

इंदौर में होने वाली इनलैंड फिशरीज एंड एक्वाकल्चर मीट में देश के 20 राज्यों के मत्स्य पालन मंत्री भाग लेंगे। राष्ट्रीय बैठक में मध्य प्रदेश के मछुआ पालन मंत्री नारायण सिंह पवार, उत्तर प्रदेश के मछुआ पालन मंत्री संजय कुमार निषाद, बिहार की मछुआ पालन और पशुपालन मंत्री रेणु देवी, हरियाणा के पशुपालन, डेरी और मत्स्य पालन मंत्री श्याम सिंह राणा, राजस्थान के पशुपालन और मछुआ पालन राज्य मंत्री जवाहर सिंह बेधम के अलावा अन्य राज्यों के मंत्री भी भाग ले रहे हैं। बैठक में विशेष रूप से केंद्र सरकार के मत्स्य पालन सचिव डॉ. अभिलाक्ष लिखी और संयुक्त सचिव सागर मेहरा भी उपस्थित रहेंगे।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के निर्देशानुसार देश में मत्स्य उत्पादन में निर्यात को बढ़ावा देने के लिये इंदौर की इस राष्ट्रीय बैठक में भारत के अलग-अलग राज्यों में हो रहे प्रयोगों पर तकनीकी-सत्र भी आयोजित होंगे। इनमें राष्ट्रीय स्तर की संस्थाओं ICAR-CIFRI, (CAR-CIFA, NFDB की तरफ से मत्स्य उत्पादन की दिशा में विश्व में अपनाई जा रही नई तकनीकों पर प्रेजेंटेशन दिए जाएंगे। तकनीकी-सत्रों में जलाशय पट्टा नीति, नदी और तालाबों में आधुनिक तरीके से मत्स्य पालन और ठंडे पानी में मछली पालन की संभावनाओं जैसे विषय भी शामिल होंगे। केंद्रीय मंत्री राजीव रंजन सिंह द्वारा लाभार्थियों को प्रमाण-पत्र भी वितरित किए जाएंगे, जिनमें मत्स्य सहकारी समितियों, मछुआरा उत्पादक संगठन, मत्स्य पालन स्टार्ट-अप्स एवं परंपरागत मछुआरे भी शामिल हैं। मछुआरों को किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड और जलीय कृषि बीमा भी उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा। इसका उद्देश्य मछुआरों को बीमा और डिजिटल एक्सेस देना है।
