यूपी में 385 एकड़ की सात नई टाउनशिप को मंजूरी

एलडीए ने शहर में सात नई टाउनशिप के डीपीआर को मंजूरी दे दी है। 385 एकड़ क्षेत्रफल में प्रस्तावित निजी डेवपलर्स की इन टाउनशिप से राजधानी में 10 हजार करोड़ रुपये का निवेश आएगा। इससे शहर के नियोजित विकास को पंख लगेंगे। वहीं, बड़ी संख्या में रोजगार के अवसर सृजित होंगे।

उत्तर प्रदेश टाउनशिप नीति-2023 के तहत मोहनलालगंज व सरोजनीनगर तहसील क्षेत्र में सात नई टाउनशिप के लिए निजी डेवलपर्स को लाइसेंस दिए गए थे। मेसर्स दुर्गा ग्रींस इंफ्राटेक, मेसर्स बाबा इंफ्रा डेवलपर्स, मेसर्स अविचल इंफ्रा बिल्ड, मेसर्स एसमैप बिल्डर्स एंड डेवलपर्स, मेसर्स ओमैक्स लिमिटेड व मेसर्स नीलेंद्राज कंस्ट्रक्शंस ने टाउनशिप के लिए प्रस्तावित क्षेत्र में 60 प्रतिशत से अधिक भूमि का स्वामित्व प्राप्त कर लिया है। इनके भू-उपयोग के प्रस्ताव भी निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप, जिसका परीक्षण समिति द्वारा किया जा चुका है। शुक्रवार को इन सातों टाउनशिप की डीपीआर को बोर्ड से स्वीकृति मिल गयी है।

लखनऊ मेट्रो ‘विशेष सुख-सुविधा’ परियोजना में अधिसूचित
एलडीए ने लखनऊ मेट्रो को विशेष सुख-सुविधा परियोजना में अधिसूचित करने का फैसला किया है। यूपी मेट्रो रेल कारपोरेशन ने इसके लिए अनुरोध किया था। इससे मेट्रो रूट पर बनने वाले भवनों के मानचित्रों पर विशेष सुख-सुविधा शुल्क लगाया जा सकेगा। इससे मिलने वाली धनराशि से मेट्रो के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन और दीर्घकालिक स्थिरता आएगी। इससे शहर में मेट्रो रेल प्रणालियों के विकास को बल मिलेगा।

शौर्य विजेताओं के आश्रितों को फ्लैट खरीदने पर मिलेगी छूट
देश की सुरक्षा और सम्मान के लिए प्राणों की परवाह किए बिना बहादुरी दिखाने वाले जवानों व उनके आश्रितों को एलडीए फ्लैट खरीदने पर विशेष छूट देगा। मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर एलडीए बोर्ड ने सामाजिक सरोकार के इस प्रस्ताव को पारित कर दिया।

इसके अंतर्गत परमवीर चक्र व अशोक चक्र से सम्मानित जवानों को 7.5 प्रतिशत, महावीर चक्र व कीर्ति चक्र प्राप्त करने वाले वीर जवानों को पांच प्रतिशत और वीर चक्र एवं शौर्य चक्र विजेताओं को फ्लैट की धनराशि पर 2.5 प्रतिशत की छूट दी जाएगी। यह विशेष छूट जवानों अथवा उनके आश्रितों को एक ही संपत्ति खरीदने पर दी जाएगी। 45 से 90 दिन के अंदर फ्लैट की पूर्ण धनराशि जमा करने पर दी जाने वाली छह से तीन प्रतिशत की छूट मिलेगी।

एलडीए एक वर्ष तक नहीं बढ़ाएगा फ्लैटों के दाम
एलडीए अपने अपार्टमेंट्स में फ्लैटों की कीमत नहीं बढ़ाएगा। कीमतों को दिसंबर 2026 के लिए फ्रीज कर दिया गया है। सचिव विवेक श्रीवास्तव ने बताया, एलडीए की विभिन्न योजनाओं में रिक्त फ्लैटों को ‘पहले आओ-पहले पाओ’ योजना के तहत बेचा जा रहा है। इनमें कानपुर रोड योजना, शारदा नगर योजना, सीतापुर रोड योजना, देवपुर पारा योजना, ऐशबाग हाईट्स के फ्लैट शामिल हैं।
