योगी कैबिनेट की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आज, उद्योग और समाज कल्याण से जुड़े कई प्रस्ताव होंगे पास

मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की अध्यक्षता में आज कैबिनेट की बैठक होगी। इसमें उद्योग और समाज कल्याण समेत कई विभागों के कई दर्जन प्रस्ताव पास होने की संभावना है। सभी संबंधित विभागों के प्रमुख सचिव और अपर मुख्य सचिव से पूरी तैयारी से आने के लिए कहा गया है।

आईएएस रजनीश चंद्र ने मांगा वीआरएस
यूपी काडर के 2014 बैच के आईएएस अधिकारी रजनीश चंद्र ने स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति (वीआरएस) के लिए आवेदन किया है। उन्होंने 30 अप्रैल 2026 से निजी कारणों के आधार पर वीआरएस देने की मांग की है। वे वर्तमान में विशेष सचिव, ग्राम्य विकास के पद पर तैनात हैं। रजनीश चंद्र का कार्यकाल 31 दिसंबर 2026 तक शेष है। शासन के सूत्रों के मुताबिक, उनका आवेदन पत्र केंद्रीय कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग (डीओपीटी) भेज दिया गया है।

कार्मिकों को 31 मई तक देनी होगी स्व-मूल्यांकन आख्या
प्रमुख सचिव, कार्मिक एम देवराज की ओर से जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि वर्ष 2025-26 में सभी स्तरों के राज्यकर्मियों की वार्षिक प्रविष्टियां ऑनलाइन लिखे जाने की व्यवस्था की गई है। इसके लिए आवश्यक प्रक्रिया 30 अप्रैल जेनरेट की जाएगी। समूह क, ख व ग के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को स्व-मूल्यांकन आख्या 31 मई तक पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध करानी होगी। समूह घ के कार्मिकों की वार्षिक प्रविष्टि उनके नियंत्रक प्राधिकारी दर्ज करेंगे।

प्रतिवेदक, समीक्षक और स्वीकर्ता अधिकारी क्रमश: 31 जुलाई, 30 सितंबर और 31 दिसंबर तक अपना-अपना मंतव्य अंकित करेंगे। निर्धारित अवधि तक संबंधित अधिकारियों ने अपने स्तर पर कमेंट नहीं लिखा तो यह ऑटो फॉरवर्ड हो जाएगा।

प्रदेश में सभी अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों के लिए आईजीओटी कर्मयोगी प्लेटफॉर्म पर चार घंटे की एआई से संबंधित लर्निंग पूरी करने के लिए कहा गया है। कार्मिक विभाग ने निर्देश दिए हैं कि सभी कार्मिक 7 व 8 अप्रैल को शाम 4 बजे से 6 बजे तक आईजीओटी पोर्टल पर यह कोर्स पूरा करें।
