मृतक की पहचान गोलू के रूप में हुई है जो 2 बच्चों का पिता था। वहीं दूसरे युवक का नाम राजा है, राजा को नागरिक अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया है। सिरसा के जन स्वास्थ्य विभाग के उपमंडल अधिकारी रूपराम ने बताया कि विभाग के जे.ई. और ठेकेदार ने पहले ही पैमाइश का कार्य पूरा कर लिया था।
