राजस्थान में RAS से IAS प्रमोशन की प्रक्रिया अंतिम चरण में है। अगले सप्ताह DPC बैठक के बाद 19 अधिकारियों का प्रमोशन तय माना जा रहा है। इसके बाद सरकार IAS तबादला सूची भी जारी करेगी, जिससे प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था में नई ऊर्जा आएगी।
राजस्थान में राज्य सेवा (RAS) से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (IAS) में पदोन्नति की प्रक्रिया इस माह पूरी की जाएगी। इसके लिए केंद्रीय कार्मिक विभाग (DoPT) द्वारा अगले सप्ताह तक डीपीसी (DPC) की बैठक आयोजित किए जाने की संभावना है। इस बार 19 RAS अधिकारियों को प्रमोशन देकर IAS कैडर में शामिल किया जाएगा।
1997 और 1998 बैच के अधिकारी दौड़ में
प्रमोशन की दौड़ में 1997 और 1998 बैच के RAS अधिकारी शामिल हैं। चयन एसीआर (Annual Confidential Report) और मेरिट के आधार पर होगा। राज्य सरकार द्वारा पूर्व में 57 अधिकारियों की सूची केंद्र को भेजी गई थी, जिनमें से 19 का चयन संभावित है।

प्रमोशन प्रक्रिया के बाद राज्य सरकार IAS अधिकारियों की बहुप्रतीक्षित तबादला सूची भी इसी महीने जारी कर सकती है। राज्य में दो दर्जन से अधिक पद रिक्त हैं और कई अधिकारी अतिरिक्त चार्ज संभाल रहे हैं। ऐसे में नए IAS अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से प्रशासनिक ढांचा मजबूत होने की उम्मीद है।
